EXPOSURE INDEX (EI) SEBAGAI ALAT OPTIMISASI PADA SISTEM RADIOGRAFI DIGITAL: IMPLEMENTASI DAN TANTANGAN BAGI RADIOGRAFER

Background: The existence of ”exposure creep” in digital radiography systems has been debated over years, raising concern image optimisation. Therefore, effective implementation Exposure Index (EI) as a tool for optimisation stressed to address this issue. However, the concept and might not be familiar all Indonesian radiographers. This study aims explore current literature related EI, including development, status, challenges its implementation. 
 Methods: Literatures were explored various databases using following keywords; “Exposure Creep”, Radiation dose Digital Radiography, Optimisation Index, Deviation etc. Only references, such books, journal articles, official reports Bahasa Indonesia English are included study.
